About Me
Hi, I’m Tiffany – founder of The Natural Therapy Clinic and a lifelong advocate for holistic health, movement, and natural healing. My journey began in the early days of the fitness industry – think Jane Fonda workouts and Nautilus machines! Since then, I’ve spent nearly four decades immersed in physical education, beauty therapy, massage, and personal training.
Massage has always been at the heart of what I do – helping people recover, restore, and feel their best. When my children were young, I moved away from fitness management and built a thriving home-based practice in Sports Massage and Injury Therapy.
Today, I continue to offer a range of treatments as well as Sports Massage, I offer Deep Tissue Massage, Holistic Therapy, Facials, Head & Face Massage, online classes, and Personal Training for Older Adults. My approach is grounded in experience, care, and a genuine passion for helping people feel good in their bodies.

I moved to Semington in January 2023, finally making good on a promise I’d been making for over 25 years — ever since my best friend moved to Hilperton! Starting fresh in a new place was a big step, but it’s already been so rewarding. I’ve had the joy of meeting and treating some truly lovely clients, and I feel right at home.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel good in their body. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, carrying stress or tension, or simply need space to relax and reset, I’m here to help.

With nearly four decades in the wellness and fitness world, my journey has taken me through many paths — from physical education and personal training to massage therapy, beauty, injury rehab, and holistic health.
I’ve worked with everyone from school children and busy parents to bodybuilders, older adults, and athletes — teaching multi-skills, swimming, fitness classes, and even lecturing. From pitch-side injury treatment to calming home therapy sessions, my experience has been broad, and my understanding has grown with every client and every stage of life.
Whatever the setting, my aim is always the same: to help people heal, function, and thrive — naturally.
