Swedish massage is perfect if you want a gentle, nurturing treatment that leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and restored from head to toe.

What to Expect During Your Treatment:

Before we begin, we’ll have a brief chat so I can understand how you’re feeling and what you’d like to get from the session. Your massage can be tailored to focus on specific areas, but typically includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet — and, if you like, the face and scalp.

Using natural oils, I’ll work with long, flowing strokes that follow the body’s natural lines, applying gentle to medium pressure depending on your comfort. You’ll be covered in a towel at all times except the area being treated and my clinic is a warm, peaceful, quiet space — giving both your mind and body full permission to relax and let go.

Aftercare Advice:

You’ll likely feel very relaxed, maybe a little sleepy or even emotional – all normal reactions as your body unwinds. Drinking plenty of water and taking it easy for the rest of the day will help maximise the benefits of your massage.

 

Many clients find that a regular Swedish massage becomes an essential part of their routine for managing stress, improving sleep, and keeping the body in balance.

Treatment Price

All treatments are priced at £50 per hour, including massage, facials, and holistic therapies.

🟢 Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM

🟢 Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

🟢 Thursday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

🟢 Friday: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
