What We Work On:

With a long and varied background in fitness, group classes, and personal training, my focus now is on helping older adults move with confidence, strength, and ease. These sessions are not about pushing hard — they’re about exercising wisely, safely, and in a way that supports your body through every stage of life.

Each one-to-one session is tailored to your individual needs, abilities, and goals. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into movement, we’ll work gently and gradually to:

What to Expect in a Session:

Unlike traditional fitness assessments, which often focus on general fitness metrics, our sessions begin with a functional assessment – designed specifically to reflect how well you perform everyday movements and activities of daily living (ADLs). This gives us valuable insight into your current capabilities and highlights any areas where we can improve strength, balance, or coordination in a meaningful way.

We’ll begin with a relaxed chat about your health history, lifestyle, and personal goals. From there, we’ll move through simple, purposeful exercises tailored just for you – whether seated, standing, or using light equipment like resistance bands or small weights.

Sessions are always calm, encouraging, and completely pressure-free. You’ll feel supported and looked after every step of the way.

My goal is to help you move well, move safely, and move with confidence — wherever you’re starting from.

Aftercare & Support:

I’ll provide simple guidance or exercises you can do at home if you wish – and I’m always happy to answer questions between sessions. Consistency is key, and I’m here to support you for the long haul.

Treatment Price

All treatments are priced at £50 per hour, including massage, facials, and holistic therapies.

 

Clinic Opening Hours

Appointments are available during the following times:

🟢 Monday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

🟢 Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM

🟢 Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

🟢 Thursday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

🟢 Friday: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
